an administration submitting IHR amendments that devolve power from the nation state
violates the oath to the constitution: what flows from that question is that the amendments should be struck prior to becoming a matter to be voted on as a rule 11 to the supreme court or within a friendly jurisdiction; second if an administration undermines the nation state to provide the underlying world power framework, consider if this is sedition or treason and then what are the remedies.
Last Article 42 of the existing IHR set up as satellites of the WHO in every nation and state : the public health offices in each country do not belong to that country and therefore consider whether striking the legislation that sets up the existing IHRs. THEY ARE ALREADY FOREIGN BODIES. So what follows from that in terms of remedy. states need to take steps to remove all public health offices right down to regional and municipal as foreign offices within their jurisdiction.
